Selene- I have been involved with all animals since I was a little girl. I was born in Mexico City and learned the art of dog grooming with the Mexican Kennel Club. I have over 30 years experience grooming with a wide variety of sizes and breeds.  I am an animal lover of ALL kinds, and it shows in my work.  From a puppy's first groom to a senior dog who may need a little extra help, I pride myself for my patience to make sure that it is a calm and enjoyable session for your dog.

​When I am not doing what I love in the shop I am spending time with my own pets and husband.

Rogelio- I have been involved with dogs since I was a  young boy in secondary school with the Mexican Kennel Club.  I worked mostly with Terriers of all kinds and the working breeds but that spawned my love for all dogs, big or small.

I received my certification in 1998 and have been grooming dogs full time in Mesa since 2004. Terrier breed cuts are my specialty although I do all breeds as well.  I pride myself giving my clients (two and four legged alike) the best care and service. On my down time I love to spend time enjoying the Arizona weather and my own dogs.

I was born in Mexico and have always had a love of dogs, especially the big dogs.  In 2007 I started working at a pet boarding facility taking care of the dogs full time.  In 2010 Selene and Rogelio gave me the opportunity to learn the art of grooming and I have been hooked ever since. 

My favorite breeds to groom are German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, Golden Doodles, the bigger the better.  I am very grateful to be working with my teachers and to also call them my friends. 

When I am not working I love to hang out with family and friends and going to the movies is one of my favorite things to do.

I am so happy to be a part of the team here at Elegant Pet Grooming. I've always loved dogs and all kinds of animals and I am passionate about helping them look and feel their best. I am gentle and caring and treat all pets like my own. I so grateful to be working in a place where I can do what I love what I do every day.
